At ASCATI, we are committed to creating products made with care, precision and considered materials. Every ASCATI watch roll is backed by our commitment to quality.
2 Year Warranty
Every ASCATI watch roll is covered by a 2 Year Warranty from the date of purchase.
As ASCATI products are supplied directly by us, this warranty applies to the original purchaser who purchased the product directly from ASCATI.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers defects arising from:
- Faulty materials
- Manufacturing defects
- Faults in workmanship
- Defects affecting the normal function or construction of the watch roll
If a fault covered by the warranty is identified, ASCATI will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a repair, replacement or other suitable resolution.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse, neglect or improper use
- Failure to follow the recommended care instructions
- Excessive moisture or exposure to direct heat
- Scratches, marks, stains or other damage caused during use
- Damage caused by alterations, modifications or repairs not authorised by ASCATI
As a natural material, genuine leather may develop subtle variations in colour, texture and character over time. These natural characteristics, and normal changes resulting from use, are not considered manufacturing defects.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your ASCATI watch roll has developed a fault covered by our warranty, please contact us at:
Please include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photographs clearly showing the fault or damage
Our customer service team will review the information provided and may request additional photographs or information to help assess the issue.
If the issue is determined to be covered by the warranty, we will explain the next steps and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Warranty Returns
In some cases, we may require the product to be returned to ASCATI for inspection.
Where a warranty claim is confirmed as valid, ASCATI will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable cost of returning the product to us.
Your Statutory Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.
