Care

To keep your ASCATI Watch Roll looking its best, gently wipe the leather and exterior surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth when needed. Allow the roll to dry naturally and completely before storing or using it.

Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, abrasive materials and excessive moisture. Do not expose the watch roll to prolonged direct sunlight or direct heat, and avoid placing it near radiators or other heat sources.

When not in use, store the watch roll in a cool, dry place and avoid placing heavy objects on top of it.

Warranty

Every ASCATI Watch Roll is backed by a 2 Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship.

If you experience an issue with your product, contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the fault. Where a claim is covered, we will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or damage resulting from improper care.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
